Eurostar is the high-speed train service that connects London with major cities in Europe. After the merger with Thalys, Eurostar embarked on a comprehensive rebranding to unite both brands under a cohesive visual and service identity. The creation of the new service charter was a key component of this rebranding, ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints and solidifying Eurostar’s commitment to an elevated, seamless travel experience.
What I've done
In my work with Eurostar, I contributed to the continuity of the rebranding process by crafting a comprehensive visual identity that aligned with the newly merged company’s vision. Through the creation of impactful illustrations and a focused nudge marketing approach, we effectively communicated Eurostar’s elevated service experience, culminating in the recognition of the Grand Prix Syntec OR.
