Eurostar is the high-speed train service that connects London with major cities in Europe. After the merger with Thalys, Eurostar embarked on a comprehensive rebranding to unite both brands under a cohesive visual and service identity. The creation of the new service charter was a key component of this rebranding, ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints and solidifying Eurostar’s commitment to an elevated, seamless travel experience.

What I've done

  • Strategic discovery and brand positioning following the merger with Thalys
  • Creation of a new service charter to unify brand standards across all channels
  • Development of over 150 illustrations to represent the brand's values and service offerings
  • Implementation of nudge marketing strategies to improve customer experience and engagement
